Within the European Union we ship to every member state except Bulgaria, Croatia and Malta. Beyond the EU, the USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, we currently ship to Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Norway, Singapore, Switzerland and the United Arab Emirates. If your country is not in the list at checkout, we cannot reach it yet.

How long it takes

Most orders arrive within 6 to 10 business days of being placed.

  • Dispatch: 1 to 2 business days from when you order.
  • In transit: typically 5 to 8 business days after dispatch.

Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders placed at a weekend are processed on the next working day.

Our stock ships from our supply partners overseas, which is why delivery takes longer than a domestic courier and why we are clear about the window up front rather than promising next day. Remote addresses, customs checks and peak periods such as late November and December can add a few days.

If your order has not arrived within 21 business days, email us and we will replace it or refund you.

Tracking

You will get a tracking number by email when your order is dispatched. Tracking can take a few days to start updating after dispatch, and often goes quiet for a stretch while a parcel is in transit between countries — that is normal and does not mean it is lost. There is more detail on tracking your order.

Customs, duty and import taxes

For deliveries within the United Kingdom, the price you pay is the price — there is nothing further to pay on delivery.

For deliveries to the European Union, import VAT is settled before the parcel reaches you, so in the normal course there is nothing to pay on delivery either.

Elsewhere, your country may charge import duty, sales tax or a handling fee before releasing the parcel. These are set and collected by your own customs authority. They are not included in our prices and we do not receive any part of them. Most of the countries we ship to apply a minimum value below which nothing is charged, and the majority of our orders fall under it.

Where a charge does arise, you are the importer of record and responsible for it. If a parcel is refused or returned because import charges were not paid, we can refund the goods, but not any costs the carrier charges us for the return.

Wrong address

Check your delivery address before you pay. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away — if we have not dispatched we can usually fix it. Once it has gone, a parcel sent to an address you gave us incorrectly may not be recoverable.

Damaged or missing parcels

The goods are our responsibility until they reach you. If a parcel arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, tell us and we will replace it or refund you. You do not need to deal with the courier yourself.

Splitting orders

If you order several items they may arrive separately, in more than one parcel and on different days, at no extra cost to you. Each parcel has its own tracking.
