Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 November 2026

These terms apply to every order placed through this store. Please read them before you buy. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

1. Who you are buying from

This store trades as Fellmont Outdoors.

  • Email: hello@fellmontoutdoors.com
  • Business type: Sole trader, United Kingdom
  • Trading address: available on request — email us and we will send it to you.

We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on our prices. If that changes we will update this page and show VAT separately at checkout.

2. When a contract is formed

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept that offer when we send you a dispatch confirmation — not when you pay and not when you receive an order confirmation email. Until we dispatch, we may decline an order and refund you in full, for example if an item is out of stock, if it was listed at an obviously incorrect price, or if we cannot deliver to your address.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency you have selected and include all compulsory charges on the goods themselves. Delivery is charged separately and shown in full at checkout before you pay: UK standard £4.99 (free over £50), UK express £6.99, European Union £5.49 (free over £45), USA and Canada £4.99 (free over £45), Australia and New Zealand £6.99 (free over £55), and £9.99 to the other countries we ship to (free over £65). There are no handling, service or booking fees on top.

If your order is delivered outside the United Kingdom, import duty or local sales tax may be charged by your country's customs authority. That is not something we collect and it is not included in the price. See our Shipping Policy.

Currency conversion is handled by Shopify Markets. Your bank may apply its own conversion or transaction fee.

4. Product information

We describe products as accurately as we can, using the specifications supplied to us. Photographs are illustrative — colours vary between screens, and accessories shown are only included if the listing says so.

Where a specification is not published by the manufacturer, we say so rather than estimating it. If you need a figure we have not listed, email us before ordering and we will tell you whether we can confirm it.

5. Reviews

Some reviews shown on this store were left by buyers on other sales channels where the same product is sold, and are labelled as such. They are real reviews written by real buyers, but they are not verified purchases from this store. We do not write, buy, incentivise or edit reviews, and we do not remove negative reviews because they are negative.

6. Your right to cancel

You can cancel most orders and return them for a refund. Our Refund and Returns Policy sets out how, and gives you longer than the law requires. Nothing in these terms reduces your rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

7. The 12 month guarantee

Every product carries a 12 month guarantee from delivery against manufacturing faults and components that fail in normal use. It is a commercial guarantee given in addition to your legal rights, and it does not replace or reduce them. Full terms are in the Refund and Returns Policy.

8. Using this website

You may not use this site to break the law, to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, to scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, or to copy our text, photography or branding for your own commercial use.

We try to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, and for breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods — including the right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and supplied with reasonable skill and care.

We are not liable for business losses. These terms are for consumers; if you buy for a business purpose, we are not liable to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption or loss of business opportunity.

10. If something goes wrong

Email us first — most problems are quickest to fix that way. If we cannot resolve it between us, you can take the matter to an alternative dispute resolution provider or to court.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your own country's courts. If you live outside the UK, your local consumer protection law may give you additional rights that these terms do not take away.
